We ship using Australia Post and have three shipping options.  We can ship internationally on email request.

Products listed as 3-5 days are on order and we will endeavour to ship them to you within 5 days however if any extra time will be required you will be notified immediately.  Orders containing an in stock and on order product can be shipped as one, or in two lots at the buyers discretion.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Orders over $300 must be registered and tracked.

ORDER QUANTITIES

Cherry Collectables may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Cherry Collectables also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Web Site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. PRE SELL PRODUCTS

Pre sell release dates are subject to change and we are not responsible for any delays by the manufacturer.  Items will ship within 3-5 days of release.

If your order includes Pre sell and In-Stock items, the order will not ship until all items are in-stock.  Please order separately if you would like in-stock items to ship right away.

Pre sell saver prices are reduced from what the approximate release price will be and all sales are final.

RETURNS

Refunds/exchanges are not accepted unless Cherry Collectables are happy that circumstances permit. Insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer.
