The Golden State Warriors will wear short-sleeve alternate uniforms, created by adidas, for every Saturday home game during the 2013-14 season, beginning Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. at Oracle Arena when the team takes on the Sacramento Kings.
The newly designed jersey called adizero is 26 percent lighter and will be worn with the first-ever super lightweight stretch woven short with maximum ventilation for player comfort. The uniform system is made from 60 percent recycled materials and features adidas’ Revolution 30 technology found in current NBA uniforms.
This all seems very fancy, innovative and thought-provoking in terms of its recycled materials, but what do the fans think? Is this just another ploy to buy up on new jerseys? Personally I thought the uniforms of the Larry Bird generation were rad: tiny shorts, long socks and Converse chucks all the way!
What's your opinion Cherrys?
