How do I redeem my 3% reduction?
You can redeem the Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG) by contacting Grayson on 0408 660 774. You can not redeem the LPG via our online store.
What items does the 3% reduction apply to?
All identical products that are offered by Cherry for pre-order or at the time of release and in stock at our competitor.
US based online stores only?
Yes. Products are price matched against the biggest US sites in the world! The item must be currently in stock, or available for pre-order. When price matching we take into account:
• The delivery cost, UPS Saver (3 day delivery)
• The Australian Dollar converting approximately $0.015 cents lower than advertised (normally converts between $0.015c and $0.03c lower)
• International Transaction Fees of approximately 3%
• If the identical product can be purchased and delivered for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we'll beat that total price by 3%.
What items are excluded?
