High-end doesn’t get any higher in the 2021 Panini Immaculate NFL release.
Featuring five premium hits per box, the 2021 Panini Immaculate Collection Football does it again with this high-end release filled with new options and updated designs along with fan-favorite returning inserts.
The checklist is almost solely focused on autographs and relics - and to a higher level - with more on-card signatures, interesting and rare memorabilia, and distinct patch and autographed combos.
Each Hobby box will contain 6 cards - 1 base or base parallel and 5 hits. The same setup goes for the FOTL boxes but with hits exclusive to the First Off The Line boxes including a limited Rookie Patch Autograph and Premium Edition Rookie Patch card.
In the Autographs for the 2021 Panini Immaculate Collection Football, the primary focus is the Rookies.
RPAs (Rookie Patch Autographs) really are the basis of the Immaculate line. And this year they will combine patches and on-card signatures from the incoming freshman class. The lineup for the on-card Rookie signatures includes Rookie Patch Autographs, Premium Patch Rookie Autographs and Immaculate Signature Patches - each numbered to 99 copies or less for the base copies and parallels possible in Gold (/25 or less), NFL Shield (1/1) and Platinum (1/1). FOTL box buyers can find a Premium Edition version as well.
Hard-signed cards can be found in the Comeback Signatures and Hall of Fame Signatures (freshly designed) as well as Immaculate Moments and Signature Moves.
More combination cards of autographs and memorabilia include Immaculate Number Rookie Patch Autographs and Immaculate Players Collection Autographs. Plus fans will enjoy the Cleat Impressions set which will have on-field footwear with on-card autographs.
Debuting this year is an oversized nameplate piece with an acetate film and hard-signing, in the line Nameplate Nobility Signatures. Also new to the lineup are Clearly Immaculate Rookie Jerseys and Gatorade Sideline Towels.
The type of memorabilia available is pretty exhaustive too, from the standard swatches of jerseys to pieces of gloves and cleats to even laundry tags - and jumbo versions abound.
Memorabilia-only cards include rare Rookie Reserve cards (/5 or less) with 3 swatches each and both Brand Logo (1/1) and Laundry Tag (1/1) parallels. The ultra-rare one-of-ones in the Dual NFL Shields also make an appearance.
The full set size is still unknown but we have a tentative release date for 29 December 2021. So save up some of your holiday shopping money if you plan to treat yourself to an ultra high-end set of NFL cards this year.
