Same Day Dispatch

All orders made before 7am AEST will ship the same business day. 

How Will My Order Be Shipped

We ship mostly through Australia Post and pack carefully using a minimum 2 layers of bubble wrap and padded bags or boxes where applicable/indicated. 

How Long Will Shipping Take

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network, so please check your postcode on their site.

Weekend orders will be dispatched on the Monday.

"Pre Order" or "Back Order" Items

If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available. This is generally the day prior to the product's scheduled release date. If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available. 

Please note that the manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date.

Cherry recommends placing all Pre Order or Back Order items in separate carts.

Tracked Flat Rate Domestic Shipping

Cherry provides flat rate shipping* for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.

Tracking number will be provided. 

Express Post Delivery Times

If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day.  If not, it may take upto 3 business days.

Parcel Lockers Not Allowed

We are currently unable to dispatch to "parcel locker" locations as provided by companies such as Australia Post.

In the event that your order has this type of address listed for delivery, the team may reach out to request a fixed address such as a business workplace or home address. In the event these are used,

Cherry are unlikely to be able to assist with matters arising from these addresses. 

International Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping estimates to our most frequent International customers but always welcome enquiries from residents in countries not listed. Free International Shipping For Group Breaks

We encourage you to join our Live Group Breaks with confidence that you will receive your big hits in perfect condition wherever you live!

We have decided to offer FREE tracked shipping on all international group breaks orders that land big hits, or that combine their hits over a minimum 2 week period.  This enables us to offset the significant post cost from Australia.  

For Group Breaks where you unfortunately don't do too well we will ship via standard un-tracked mail.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as magazines cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as a digital item (live break) or any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the support ticket system on our homepage.

Sale Items Not Eligible for Refund

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Cherry does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Why is My Refund 5% Less

There is a 5% processing and handling fee on all applicable refunds. 

Advertised Box Hits Missing

We do not offer refunds for products that do not meet the manufacturer’s advertised average insertion rates. We guarantee that our products are authentic and untampered with. If your product does not meet your expectations based on the advertised product information please contact the manufacturer directly.

Pre Order Price Guarantee

If you pre-order a product and we lower the price before release Cherry will refund the difference or provide a store credit

Expired Redemptions

Many older products include expired redemptions. Whilst most manufacturers have policies that provide various compersation for such items Cherry cannot provide any support or refunds in these instances.

Advertised Release Dates

Manufacturers often change anticipated release dates and this is out of Cherry's control. We endeavour to keep product release dates updated and notify customers of any significant changes accordingly.

Discount Codes & Coupons

Please note that all Discount Codes, Coupons etc. cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offer. 

If Cherry suspect that that multiple accounts have been created to make use of deals, specials etc., orders may be cancelled and refunded. If you believe this is a mistake, please do reach out to us and we will review this on a case by case basis. 

What is a Break

A break is an exciting way of collecting sports cards. At Cherry, we regularly open sealed packs, boxes and even cases. When we’re running a break, we open a set amount of sealed products, and set aside every 'hit', to be dispatched to the participants whom have entered.

What is a Pick Your Team (PYT) Break

Pick the team you collect. The total cost of the break is tiered in a way which represents how likely that team is to hit a card of significant value. For example, in the 2017-18 NBA Season, the Celtics are heavily favoured because of top Rookie Jayson Tatum and in 2018-19 the Mavericks are the same due to Luka Doncic.

What is a Random Team (RT) Break

You buy a spot and are randomly allocated a team, during the live show, before the break commences.

All spots are priced equally.

When are Breaks Listed

Daily breaks are usually listed the night before or in some cases the morning of.

Different times are used to ensure that different people have a shot at getting the team that they want.

Cherry prides ourselves on listing the first, and cheapest, breaks for the world's most sought after products.

Can I Pick My Spot on the Break List

No.

Your name is entered into one of the positions on the Spots list automatically when you purchase your break spot.

The teams are then randomised using “Random.org” a number of times before the break commences.

The newly randomised list of teams is then pasted to correspond against your name in the original list. For example, if you are in “Spot #1” you will have the team in first place, and on top of the list after the team randomisation process.

Due to the unpredictability of technology and potential errors which can occur, sometimes lists of participants may contain errors. Names who do not become fulfilled automatically will be added to the end of the list. The list of names are not final until the end of the randomisation process.
