A Rumor Realised with the 2021 Upper Deck All Elite Wrestling Release

All Elite Wrestling Join the Trading Card Game Ranks with Upper Deck.

An exclusive, multi-year deal has been solidified with Upper Deck and All Elite Wrestling (AEW), as the first edition of Upper Deck AEW trading cards are to be released this November 2021. Fans and collectors are more than ready to chase the autograph and memorabilia cards from AEW icons and performers.

The full base set is made up of 100 cards, with a flagship style amongst an array of card types and designs. The standout of this release, beside the obvious and long-awaited debut, is that the base set is broken down into 4 different subsets, based on design and scarcity.

Wrestling legends and a range of both current and past AEW Champions will be featured, as will some popular current and upcoming AEW rising stars. Look for names from Chris Jericho and Sting, Kenny Omega, Dr. Britt Baker, Miro. Cody Rhodes, Darby Allin and Hikaru Shida.

Rare autographs and memorabilia cards highlight in-match items like wrestler-worn shirts and mats. The four signature subsets come with Pyro (/25), Dynamite (/5), and Gold (1/1) parallels, with the Memorabilia cards all featuring serial numbers with inserts of colorful parallels printed on patterned foil board (UD favorites Exclusives and High Gloss). 

UD Canvas will show as 1:5 packs plus short prints coming in at 1:40 pack odds. Other cards to chase include the shadowbox-style Wednesday in Action (1:64 packs) cards covering top wrestlers and tag teams, The Dotted Line (an exceptionally long odd of 1:1,536) which is a rare standalone insert featuring illustrations in the card design.

Themed sets are in the running too, with headliners in Main Features (1:2 packs), a 10-card Cory Rhodes Tribute in Rhodes to Success (1:10 packs), and the high flyers in Top Rope (1:10 packs), with all inserts providing parallels as well.
