Arriving in stores on June 9th, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s newest English expansion gives us a glimpse into the future of the Pokémon TCG!
Following Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s inaugural launch into the English market, Scarlet and Violet – Pokémon Paldaea Evolved introduces more than 190 cards from Japan’s Triplet Beat, Snow Hazard and Clay Burst sets. Pokémon Paldaea Evolved will also include cards from the special Pikachu ex Starter Deck.
Pokémon Paldaea Evolved will be sporting alternate artworks for all three starter Pokémon Sprigatito, Fuecoco and Quaxly, as well as Chien-Pao and Ting-Lu, the flagship Pokémon for Japan’s Snow Hazard and Clay Burst sets respectively.
The expansion will include:
- Over 190 cards in total
- 15 Pokémon ex and three Tera Pokémon ex cards
- 36 rare Pokémon illustration cards
- 18 ultra rare Pokémon ex cards
- Eight ultra rare Supporter cards
- 15 special rare Pokémon and Supporter illustration cards
- Nine hyper rare gold etched cards, which can include Pokémon ex, Trainer, and Energy cards.

Pokémon Paldaea Evolved will introduce two Elite Trainer Box variants with its release, a standard version and a Pokémon Centre version. While each box boasts visual differences, both versions of the Elite Trainer Box will include a Pikachu promo card featuring Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly.
The Pokémon Centre ETB will also house an additional copy of the promo card with the Pokémon Center stamp embellished on the bottom-right corner.
