1996-97 COLLECTOR’S CHOICE KOBE BRYANT RC #267

A great picture of a young Kobe in action that really pops against the black background. Plus we've got a record of when Kobe started his rookie season with a broken wrist from a pickup game in Venice Beach. You can find these guys on eBay for like $4.

4. 1996-97 TOPPS CHROME KOBE BRYANT RC #138

Most of Kobe's other rookie cards are very affordable but Topps Chrome is different because of the Refractor parallel, one of the most desirable Kobe cards ever. A Black Label BGS 10 sold for $58,100 a couple of months before Kobe's retirement.

3. 2009-10 National Treasures Notable Nicknames Autograph 'Black Mamba'

Notable Nicknames are fun because you get the autograph plus the athlete's nickname which is always a bonus. There were two different versions in 2009-10 National Treasures. Cards with "Black Mamba" were numbered to 99.

2. 2012-13 Flawless Kobe Bryant Autographed Patch

Flawless started with the 2012-13 season and it was a brand new, premium product. The Kobe autos from that first set are very nice.

1. 2015-16 Immaculate SHAQUILLE O'NEAL & KOBE BRYANT Dual Auto

15-16 Immaculate SHAQUILLE O'NEAL & KOBE BRYANT Dual Auto

Ok, so this card has The Big Aristotle on it too but what a card - a couple of Lakers legends on there. They made 25 of these for Immaculate 2015-16.

If you wanna check out our other Top 5 Card blogs we've got Jordan, Yao Ming and others. See you next week for another one :)
