Buggy the Clown is the poster child for "a loser rising to the top," stumbling his way from a low level East Blue villain to becoming a Yonko, one of the four Emperors of the Sea, through an insane amount of sheer luck and accidents. People like to joke that he's "failing upwards."

Some hate him, some love him, but it's always intriguing to see just how he will make his way to the top.

Some love the relationship between Buggy and Shanks, who were apprentices on Gol D. Roger's ship. While Shanks treated him like a brother, Buggy despised Shanks, creating an interesting dynamic.

Buggy the Clown cards are perfect for those who love seeing a non-serious character thrive through charisma and luck, which at times can be hilarious to watch. Interestingly enough, despite being a divisive character, Buggy's trading cards remain highly sought after.
