Jinzo

First introduced as the ace monster of Espa Roba during the Battle City arc, Jinzo is one of the coolest and scariest monsters to face in the early days of Yu-Gi-Oh, known for shutting down trap cards and changing how duels were played entirely. For those old enough to remember, this was something that felt almost unfair at the time, especially when cards like Mirror Force and Trap Hole were such staples of many decks.

Nowadays, Jinzo cards are no longer seen in competitive play, at least until more support cards are added. Even so, Jinzo remains widely collected thanks to its place in Yu-Gi-Oh history as being one of the nastiest control cards of the time. A single Jinzo summon could completely flip the outcome of the duel.
