Fun fact: Lucario was also voiced by Goku in the English dub.

In the Pokémon game, Lucario was treated as a special Pokémon, which you could only obtain via a Riolu gift egg. Those who played 4th gen will remember Lucario as one of the only fighting-type Pokémon that was a decent special attacker. Its signature move was Aura Sphere, an ultra-reliable attack that always hits its target. That in itself is pretty badass.
